What you will do

• Assist new employees with computer setup and hardware configuration.
• Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot communication system issues.
• Coordinate IT activities between various office locations.
• Perform daily IT maintenance tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
• Support IT onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadline pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• A+ certification.
• Prior experience with Windows 10-11, Office 365, VMware, and Windows Server.
