What you will do

  • Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth while reducing cancellations.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
  • Prepare detailed repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using specialized software.
  • Develop service contract bids and conduct equipment surveys.
  • Respond to client inquiries and perform consistent follow-up on all proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Roanoke, VA.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings.
