What you will do

  • Own executive-level relationships for a portfolio of complex accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate.
  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities and championing deal pursuit from pipeline to signature.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across sales, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure a unified client-centric approach.
  • Oversee delivery health, manage risks, and remove escalation blockers to maintain contractual and quality standards.
  • Establish structured expectation management and escalation resolution processes.
  • Build and coach high-performing teams through hiring, mentorship, and a culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior client-facing IT roles focusing on strategic account management and C-level engagement.
  • 3+ years leading complex account portfolios with proven revenue growth and client retention.
  • Deep expertise in program and portfolio management, governance, and cross-organizational delivery oversight.
  • Proven track record of driving business development from opportunity identification through closure.
  • Experience with global delivery models and managing distributed, multi-geography teams.
  • Must be based in the USA.

  • MBA degree.
