Salary: $90,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Maintain and expand strategic client relationships, serving as the primary liaison to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across the data, analytics, and solution portfolio.
  • Manage contract renewals and oversee solution delivery, coordinating with internal billing and accounting teams.
  • Lead product adoption through targeted onboarding, training, and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
  • Maintain CRM integrity and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex sales or customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
  • Proven ability to create exponential revenue growth.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to travel.
