What you will do
- Maintain and expand strategic client relationships, serving as the primary liaison to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across the data, analytics, and solution portfolio.
- Manage contract renewals and oversee solution delivery, coordinating with internal billing and accounting teams.
- Lead product adoption through targeted onboarding, training, and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
- Maintain CRM integrity and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex sales or customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
- Proven ability to create exponential revenue growth.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to travel.
