What you will do

  • Manage top-tier, complex accounts with full autonomy, navigating multiple buying centers and senior agency leadership.
  • Develop and execute long-range account strategies aligned with client business goals to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead high-stakes, executive-level conversations and negotiations to advance partnership priorities.
  • Identify non-obvious growth opportunities, including cross-solution expansion and new platform integrations.
  • Proactively identify accounts at risk of churn and implement retention strategies to protect existing revenue.
  • Mentor junior team members to elevate account management standards and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
  • Strong strategic thinking, consultative selling skills, and advanced negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
