What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and adding value to the partnership.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to translate client briefs into inspiring agency concepts.
• Manage internal project checkpoints, including legal clearances, talent management, and trafficking.
• Produce and distribute weekly/monthly status reports and competitor trend analyses.
• Oversee and mentor Assistant Account Executives to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling in partnership with Project Managers and Financial partners.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with creative platforms including Keynote and PDF.
• Strong strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and superior grammar skills.
