Salary: $87,000 - $136,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Manage the post-sales lifecycle for the Key & Strategic client segment to ensure maximum platform value, adoption, and retention.
- Provide strategic oversight during the entire client journey, from implementation and optimization to renewal.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver quarterly business reviews, aligning on business priorities and product roadmap.
- Serve as the internal voice of the client for Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, and Finance teams.
- Diagnose client business operations to prescribe appropriate solutions and services that increase client happiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and C-level management to ensure GTM objectives are met.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role (or 5 years + MBA) with in-depth knowledge of strategic client segments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong track record of interacting regularly with senior leadership and C-level management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and time leadership skills.
- Data and metric-driven approach to client success and account growth.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
