What you will do

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards across regional branches.
• Guide and participate in EHS risk assessments and certifications including ISO Standards.
• Lead emergency response planning and act as the regional technical advisor.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for employees and leadership.
• Lead EHS audits and support operations in addressing findings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of health and safety oversight experience, ideally in chemical or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• Thorough familiarity with OSHA and provincial equivalents for chemical facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, conduct audits, and develop training programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams.
