What you will do

• Support the implementation of a facility-wide EHS culture and the Sustainable Development Program.
• Coordinate and deliver environmental training for all facility staff.
• Lead preparations for environmental audits and regulatory inspections.
• Develop and implement corrective actions based on Environmental Review findings.
• Analyze environmental data and KPIs to identify trends and reduce operational risks.
• Communicate critical environmental risks to facility and corporate leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry).
• 6–12 years of progressive experience in the environmental or engineering field.
• Expert knowledge of environmental regulations specifically impacting the food industry.
• Expertise in operational practices for water supply, wastewater, air pollution, and solid waste control systems.
• Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
