Compensation: CAD 150,000 - 180,000 yearly

• Lead a high-performing business portfolio, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Support business growth through client retention, expansion opportunities, and strategic bid development.

• Coach and mentor operational leaders to strengthen organizational capacity and succession planning.
• Maintain full accountability for revenue, profitability, budgeting, and overall financial performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven P&L leadership experience with direct accountability for financial performance.
• Significant leadership experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a similar service-driven environment.
• Experience managing large, complex portfolios and multiple high-level client relationships.
• Strong strategic planning, business execution, and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
