TL;DR
Account Executive, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Driving strategic growth across high-value ASX Top 100 organizations with an accent on value-based selling and pipeline generation. Location: Hybrid (Sydney, NSW). Must be in-office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Drive strategic sales cycles for named enterprise accounts across the ANZ region, focusing on new business and expansion.
- Execute disciplined territory and account planning strategies with an emphasis on pipeline generation and multi-threading.
- Engage with C-suite and VP-level buyers using value-based selling to align platform capabilities with strategic priorities.
- Develop tailored points of view (POVs), proof-of-value engagements, and business cases using MEDDPICC and Force Management.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Maintain precise forecasting and tracking using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
Requirements
- Proven success selling enterprise SaaS to VP and C-level stakeholders at ASX Top 100 companies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex solution sales motions with large buying groups across business and IT.
- Strong track record of pipeline generation and consistent quota overachievement in the ANZ region.
- Deep familiarity with value selling, MEDDPICC, and strategic forecasting methodologies.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in competitive SaaS environments, specifically product analytics, data/AI, or digital adoption platforms.
- Expertise in owning end-to-end territory strategy and pipeline generation.
- Experience leading customer conversations focused on AI/ML or data.
