Focus on identifying high-value opportunities, running sophisticated prospecting strategies, and driving adoption of AI monitoring tools within Fortune 500 companies.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Australia or New Zealand)

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 USD

hirify.global is a Series C AI observability and evaluation platform that empowers engineers to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents and applications at scale.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively engage with the professional AI/ML community.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects to share the Arize vision and identify business needs.
  • Execute sophisticated prospecting strategies to identify and win new enterprise deals.
  • Create sales plays and talk tracks based on deep research of accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Manage proof of concepts (PoCs), drive product adoption, and expand existing accounts.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles using BANT or MEDDIC methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales and navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in environments with limited defined processes.
  • Strong communication skills to objectively convey field observations to the team.
  • Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling into Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning domains.
