What you will do
- Implement account management strategies to onboard new customers and reduce churn.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Provide detailed technical onboarding support and training for SaaS customers.
- Monitor customer usage and educate clients on best practices for tender notifications.
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage within decentralized procurement organizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- Experience with outreach methods including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong networking and public speaking skills.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney for hybrid work
