What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to identify expansion and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation through to negotiation and closing.
- Proactively identify new teams, departments, and high-value use cases within existing accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure account health and drive product adoption.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or AE roles within SaaS, specifically managing large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and deals in the $50k-$150k+ ACV range.
- Ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman.
- Collaborative mindset for working across Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
