What you will do

  • Own end-to-end Enterprise sales cycles from discovery and multi-stakeholder qualification to close and expansion.
  • Conduct structured discovery and tailored demos to position the platform as a strategic solution rather than a point product.
  • Build and execute account plans with full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
  • Drive pipeline growth through a mix of inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and account expansion.
  • Apply data-driven qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and SPIN to assess deal health and risk.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handovers and long-term adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of related hands-on sales experience.
  • Consistent history of exceptional performance selling to ANZ organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in a second language from an APAC region.
  • Experience selling into large Enterprises and the Higher Education sector.
  • Experience working within a scale-up environment.
