What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
• Own and optimize the martech stack, leading the migration and consolidation of disparate marketing automation platforms.
• Implement high-impact process improvements using automation and AI-enabled efficiency to streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and tracking infrastructure including GTM, UTM governance, and source attribution.
• Partner with IT, Data, and Revenue Operations to improve system reliability, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging martech and AI capabilities to improve personalization and team productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years of hands-on Marketo experience, including advanced campaign builds and lead management.
• Proven experience managing a modern martech stack (CRM, analytics, tag management, CDP).
• Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs, funnel metrics, and revenue drivers.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer.io or similar customer engagement platforms.
• Track record of migrating complex martech environments.
• Experience applying AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent workflows within Marketing Operations.
