TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own lifecycle marketing initiatives including lead nurturing, activation, onboarding, and dormant lead reactivation.
  • Design and optimize multi-step customer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-product experiences.
  • Build and manage hands-on automations and scalable infrastructure within HubSpot.
  • Run structured A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, timing, and workflows.
  • Leverage AI to build internal workflows and improve customer-facing experiences.
  • Analyze funnel performance using Looker and HubSpot to provide actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation within a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot or similar automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel optimization and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BI, and Sales teams.
  • Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)
  • High level of ownership and systems-thinking mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hybrid PLG and sales-led SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL or technical data experience.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code automation tools.
  • Familiarity with event-based lifecycle marketing and product usage data.
