What you will do

• Own and operate the HubSpot instance, managing workflows, segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Support campaign execution by building lists, setting up email nurture flows, and ensuring accurate tracking.
• Design dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline attribution.
• Develop and maintain lead scoring models to ensure high-quality MQL handoffs to Sales.
• Identify and automate inefficiencies across go-to-market teams to reduce manual work.
• Create documentation and train internal teams on HubSpot systems and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM operations.
• Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, lists, and reporting.
• Experience building and optimizing email nurture flows and lifecycle programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage UTM tracking and data quality.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Growth teams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
