What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Interact directly with clients to resolve technical issues accurately and timely.
• Execute all assigned service calls within established service level agreements.
• Manage assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for all service calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and client-specific guidelines.

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in hardware support.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with registration and insurance.
• Ability to drive to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
