What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for corporate IT systems, including endpoint management and conference room AV.
• Triage and resolve support tickets through the ITSM platform.
• Maintain and update knowledge base documentation.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning workflows.
• Perform identity and access management tasks, including user account lifecycle and password resets.
• Provision and deploy end-user equipment and support physical office setups.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
