What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive client site assessment surveys and document on-site technology.
• Perform LiDAR and Ekahau assessments to provide wireless heatmapping proposals.
• Facilitate the installation and configuration of new network equipment racks and workstation deployments.
• Act as an on-site liaison for remote engineers during site cutovers.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting for common IT issues.
• Collect and document detailed notes and photographs of completed work.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder status (no C2C).
• Willingness to travel 95-100% within the U.S.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends to facilitate site cutovers.
• Education or background in Telecom, network/systems administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience in IT, professional services, or customer support.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, access points, and diagnostic tools (cable toners, multimeters).
