What you will do

• Achieve forecasted territory sales goals and grow sales for all product categories.
• Represent Bioprocessing products to customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and update account plans, territory forecasts, and travel agendas.
• Expand the company's presence at key accounts by identifying customer needs.
• Execute product demonstrations and relay market trends to management.
• Document all business activity through diligent use of CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience selling capital equipment to end users, preferably within Life Science.
• Working knowledge of bioprocess and fermentation technology.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to perform equipment demonstrations to diverse audiences.
