What you will do

• Develop and grow market share for capital WIS products (Washers, Isolators, Sterilizers) across the Ireland territory.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Global Key Accounts and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Identify and close new B2B business opportunities through active business development.
• Own the full sales process from opportunity development to receipt of Purchase Order.
• Coordinate with internal departments and MARCOM to develop territory marketing strategies.
• Maintain CRM accuracy to ensure a transparent sales pipeline and alignment with KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of selling and closing capital products in a B2B environment.
• Experience in business development and managing complex, multi-level sales opportunities.
• Ability to construct and deliver high-quality formal presentations to prospective customers.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel significantly throughout the defined territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Detailed knowledge of Life Science sterilization processing, GMP washing systems, and regulations.
• Experience with Isolators for aseptic and sterility testing applications.
• Educational background in engineering within a GMP environment.
