What you will do

• Source, qualify, and onboard new clients for food certification business across UK and Ireland
• Convert inbound and qualified leads into revenue, managing full sales cycle
• Run discovery conversations, assess needs, prepare proposals and quotations
• Collaborate with operational teams for accurate scoping, pricing, and handover
• Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM accuracy, forecasting, and marketing activity

Requirements

• Must target UK and Ireland markets
• Experience in sales environment, handling inbound/marketing leads
• Proven lead sourcing, pipeline building, onboarding via outreach and networking
• Track record meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication, discovery calls, objection handling
• Organized, commercially aware, CRM proficient

Nice to have

• Knowledge of food safety, certification standards, or supply chains
• Experience selling professional services like certification or training
• Upsell/cross-sell experience and client presentations
