What you will do

• Manage performance of computers, network devices, servers, printers, and VoIP phones for managed service clients.
• Perform regular onsite services, including server/network health checks and backup restoration tests.
• Conduct network assessments and security audits to minimize business risk.
• Maintain detailed IT documentation and log all activities in the Connectwise ticketing system.
• Implement and define standard practices at client sites to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and senior engineers to assess and minimize business risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network and IT systems troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Proficiency in networking technologies: firewalls, routers, VPN, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
• Associate's degree in IT or a related technical field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• IT industry certifications: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
