What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across 7 hotels.
• Lead and inspire Sales and Meetings & Events teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive business growth across Corporate, Government, Leisure, Wholesale, Group, and MICE segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
• Strong experience in Corporate, Group, and MICE sales.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key source markets.
• Experience managing multi-property or cluster sales operations.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
