Location: Hybrid in Warsaw. Must be eligible to work and live in Poland

What you will do

• Redefine and execute the end-to-end RFx process and framework to maximize efficiency and response velocity.
• Serve as the primary business owner for the Loopio platform, ensuring maintenance and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and SMEs to develop high-quality, compelling tender responses.
• Establish and manage a system to measure RFx performance metrics such as response time and win rates.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base of standard RFx content aligned with sustainability trends.

Requirements

• Experience working with sales or proposal teams within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience in RFx process management and proficiency with Loopio or similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting professional questionnaires and proposals.
• Legal eligibility to work and live in Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sustainability topics, including GHG emissions, DE&I, and ESG frameworks.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
