What you will do

• Execute project implementations and provide high-quality customer service and support.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives.
• Integrate AI tools into daily professional activities and implementation workflows.
• Lead implementation-specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers.
• Document detailed troubleshooting steps and technical modifications for applications.
• Collaborate with internal Product Development teams to address technical support needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• B.A. or higher degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with AI and PLM/PDM products.
• Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories.
• Strong analytical background with excellent problem-solving and research skills.
• Ability to work from the Poznan office during standard CET business hours.
