What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Manage a portfolio of AI use cases including Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and bespoke GenAI/ML solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of cloud-native applications and data integrations on Microsoft Azure.
• Apply strong project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing software development projects using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Hungary

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions into production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services.
• Domain experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or GxP processes.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and external system integrators.
