What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies and regional plans for the assigned territory.
• Target and acquire net new enterprise customers with 10k+ seats.
• Collaborate with hirify.global partners to leverage regional growth opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Apply a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align the hirify.global solution.
• Manage the full sales process from prospect qualification to account management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in new business sales within software or solution sales organizations.
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales goals and targets.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work model.
