Key Account Manager (SaaS): Developing long-term business partnerships with global clients to ensure solution satisfaction and drive revenue growth with an accent on expansion and Net New Cash Billings. Location: Remote (US). If residing within commutable distance to an office, a hybrid schedule is required (3 days in office).
Salary: $86,000–$110,000 per year plus commission.

What you will do
- Act as the lead point of contact and Account Executive for assigned global client business units.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Safety, Procurement, Finance, and Legal functions.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve identified growth and satisfaction goals.
- Perform remote and onsite business reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to demonstrate products and drive expansion opportunities.
- Manage account metrics, sales forecasts, and churn prevention to meet revenue quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS or complex sales.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing high-value clients.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform regular travel to client sites and attend sales events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Experience in Supply Chain, Safety, ESG, or Procurement.
