TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Digital Transformation): Driving growth and managing the full lifecycle of strategic accounts for building owners with an accent on insight-led selling and high-value deal closure. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; US work authorization required)

Compensation: $200,000 – $240,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of account and opportunity management, from discovery to closing and expansion.
  • Source and close strategic wins, acting as a trusted advisor to building owners.
  • Balance new logo acquisition with the growth of existing accounts until they graduate to Key Accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategy with delivery.
  • Represent the company at major industry forums and conferences (minimum of six events annually).

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, engineering, or technology services to owner-occupiers or developers.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups and influence VP-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in insight-led sales methodologies and tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for prospecting and outreach.
