What you will do

• Perform proactive outbound B2B calling to connect with decision-makers and build a robust pipeline.
• Book, run, and own appointments from first contact through to the final close.
• Manage a dynamic sales cycle, ranging from fast 1-week wins to longer 5-month enterprise deals.
• Build strong commercial relationships and confidently position value over the phone and in meetings.
• Take full ownership of performance and targets to earn uncapped commission in a high-reward environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end sales or B2B cold calling.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service with a strong ability to build rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging decision-makers.
• Highly results-driven and resilient mindset, motivated by targets and earning potential.
• Proactive self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and progress quickly.
