What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to source, qualify, and close business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate deep relationships with executive-level decision-makers to act as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Identify customer pain points to generate specific opportunities at enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales departments to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting reports to the Sales Manager.
- Travel regularly to customer locations and industry-focused events.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in outbound or field SaaS software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets in large geographic territories.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles (60-90+ days) from business champion to C-level.
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement teams and senior management.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, or ITSM is highly advantageous.
- English: Fluency is a must.
