TL;DR

Manager, Inside Sales (SaaS): Leading a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives to manage the end-to-end renewal process for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers with an accent on NRR performance and retention growth. Focus on coaching sellers, optimizing renewal playbooks, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure forecast accuracy and deal quality.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (London Hub)

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives on negotiation and customer engagement.
  • Own NRR performance, monitoring KPIs such as GRR, expansion, and churn/contraction metrics.
  • Lead renewal forecasting, pipeline reviews, and inspection of deal quality.
  • Develop and iterate on renewal playbooks for various account types and coverage models.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to align on renewal strategies.
  • Act as a senior sponsor for complex, high-value renewals and handle escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven success in exceeding retention and growth targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and renewals tooling (e.g., Ironclad).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including GRR and NRR.
  • Must be based in London and available for in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German or French to support EMEA customers.
  • Experience building or scaling regionalized renewals or inside sales organizations.
