What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DXP solutions within the UK territory, focusing exclusively on acquiring net-new logos.
  • Build and scale a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities through prospecting and collaboration with SDR and Presales teams.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Position the hirify.global suite to C-level executives using a consultative sales approach.
  • Leverage the hirify.global partner network to accelerate the sales process and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on net-new business and high-value negotiations.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK territory and ability to implement strategic growth plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external executives.
  • Consultative mindset with a strong ability to solve complex business problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience utilizing the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Previous experience selling into the Manufacturing, Transport, Logistics, or Education industries.
