What you will do

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers to qualify interest and uncover business needs.
  • Book qualified meetings and progress opportunities to senior sales roles.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong, confident, and engaging communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a competitive mindset and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Resilient and coachable attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven work ethic with a track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Bristol, UK.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
