Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $33.65 per hour + 10% annual bonus

What you will do
- Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff to activation using established implementation standards.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring consistent communication and high experience standards.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain documentation within Salesforce and GuideCX.
- Identify project risks, delays, or blockers early and escalate them appropriately.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve dependencies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of onboarding projects.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate customer pushback and drive accountability conversations.
- Technical aptitude to understand onboarding workflows, configurations, and data migration.
- Must be based in the USA
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, or similar project management tools.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, med spa, or salon industries.
- Experience supporting multi-location or higher-complexity SaaS implementations.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior onboarding team members.
