Salary: $33.65 per hour + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff to activation using established implementation standards.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring consistent communication and high experience standards.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain documentation within Salesforce and GuideCX.
• Identify project risks, delays, or blockers early and escalate them appropriately.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve dependencies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of onboarding projects.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate customer pushback and drive accountability conversations.
• Technical aptitude to understand onboarding workflows, configurations, and data migration.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, or similar project management tools.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, med spa, or salon industries.
• Experience supporting multi-location or higher-complexity SaaS implementations.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior onboarding team members.
