What you will do

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance implementation strategies and workflows.
• Manage tasks and documentation using SalesForce, Wrike, and Trello.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or a similar project-driven role.
• Must be US based to comply with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive tasks to completion independently.
• Strong attention to detail and professional relationship-building skills.
