What you will do

• Lead consultative outreach to guide customers through the benefits integration process via phone and email.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from confirming eligibility to managing enrollments.
• Act as a project manager to identify roadblocks and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Review customer data against carrier standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain a high-volume book of business under tight deadlines and seasonal peaks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare, insurance brokerage, hospitality, or startups.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Denver, CO office.
• Proven success in metrics-based roles with a focus on data accuracy and KPIs.
• Experience managing professional interactions with external brokers and insurance carriers.
• Ability to use and learn AI tools such as Glean and Gemini.
