Salary: $31.25 per hour + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff to activation using established standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining high communication and experience standards.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce, GuideCX, and other operational systems.
• Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or blockers early.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve onboarding dependencies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, implementation, or customer success.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn SaaS onboarding workflows and system configurations.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS onboarding or software implementations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, GuideCX, or similar CRM and project management platforms.
• Experience within the wellness, healthcare, med spa, or salon industries.
