Salary: $100k - $124k CAD base salary per year

What you will do
- Lead new customer implementations, managing project plans and resources for both onboarding and growth phases.
- Develop and execute plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs.
- Translate customer use cases and requirements into best practices for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Collaborate with Sales to scope, estimate, and write Statements of Work (SoW) for new projects.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to improve the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or client-facing experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale deployments of SaaS solutions.
- Strong expertise in business application deployment cycles and account management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid work model.
