What you will do
- Build and execute enablement strategies for prospecting, territory management, and deal closure.
- Create and facilitate tailored onboarding programs and skill-development workshops.
- Develop high-impact assets such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide targeted coaching and conduct field ride-alongs to drive behavioral change.
- Maintain certification programs and competency models for sales performance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enablement for Field Sales or Outside Sales, preferably in global SaaS.
- Ability to measure program effectiveness using metrics like win rates and quota attainment.
- Experience creating content and tools that drive performance improvement.
- Data-driven approach to extract actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Availability for 50-75% travel within the region.
