TL;DR

Sr Partner Solution Engineer (AI): Driving partner success and revenue growth by designing and implementing scalable AI Agent solutions with an accent on technical discovery, partner enablement, and solution architecture. Focus on translating platform capabilities into business value, leading POCs, and bridging the gap between partners and internal product teams.

Location: Remotely in the USA

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Enable partners to confidently position, demo, and implement the AI platform across diverse customer use cases.
  • Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into scalable AI agent solutions.
  • Design solution architectures using the hirify.global platform, sandbox, and APIs to support POCs and technical validations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to drive partner-led and co-sell motions.
  • Capture partner and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for the product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and emerging partners to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or pre-sales in SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong technical foundation in solution design, technical discovery, and validation.
  • Proven ability to balance technical depth with high-level storytelling and business value articulation.
  • Experience working within enterprise sales environments to align technical solutions with commercial outcomes.
  • Must be based in the USA (E-Verify employer).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical audiences and senior business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Conversational AI, contact center technology, VOIP, or chatbots.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools.
  • Background in digital transformation or CX optimization initiatives.
