Principal AI Solutions Architect (AI): Designing and implementing AI-powered experience orchestration and agentic systems for enterprise customers with an accent on LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and outcome-oriented delivery. Focus on building automated evaluation frameworks, architecting multi-agent topologies, and translating technical AI performance into business value for C-level stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in Italy (Flexible-first culture)
Salary: 96,100 - 124,400 EUR

What you will do
- Lead discovery and strategy alignment to identify AI use cases and translate business KPIs into actionable technical priorities.
- Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data flows for AI-powered experience orchestration.
- Deliver rapid POCs and MVPs using Cloud AI Studio, CoPilot, and Agentic Virtual Agents.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure intent accuracy, retrieval groundedness, and response relevance.
- Architect agentic systems, including tool schemas, multi-agent topology, and orchestration logic.
- Mentor internal and partner teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS platform consulting, or technical solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered agentic AI systems in production contexts.
- Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Technical skills in Python for evaluation scripting and SQL for operational data querying.
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise CCaaS or Agentic AI platforms (e.g., Cloud, Google CCAI, Salesforce).
- Location: Must be based in Italy.
