Senior AI Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (US); for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days/week in the Palo Alto office.

Salary: $174,000 – $215,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive successful Proof-of-Value experiences by architecting and implementing AI solutions for prospects.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner to data science and AI engineering teams throughout their observability journey.
• Champion the customer voice by leading technical engagements and influencing the product roadmap.
• Master the Fiddler platform to help customers operationalize observability best practices.
• Write custom integration code to connect Fiddler with data ecosystems like Snowflake, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5-7+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an AI-related pre-sales or forward-deployed engineer role.
• Must be based in the US and available during West Coast PST business hours.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with the ML/DS lifecycle and data/workflow tools like Kubernetes, Spark, and Airflow.

Nice to have

• Experience building GenAI applications and Agentic workflows.
• History of direct support for government agencies or federal accounts.
