Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $100,649–$174,459 base pay range, plus variable pay opportunity

What you will do

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate client needs into production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, AI workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and deliver scalable Bureau Composer implementations, including real-time decisioning workflows and custom solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and AI solution workshops for executive and technical audiences.
• Guide production deployment, integration, troubleshooting, security, compliance, and data governance activities.
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and build reusable AI solution patterns and accelerators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or client-facing Systems Architecture.
• Practical experience applying LLMs or ML models, AI-driven workflows, automation, or enterprise AI use cases in production.
• Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, real-time, event-driven, and distributed systems on AWS or another cloud platform.
• Experience with Python or SQL, data pipelines, ETL, data integration, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of credit risk, fraud, identity, or risk analytics, plus security practices including IAM, data protection, FCRA, and FACTA.
