Salary: $153,000 - $317,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock Figma's full potential in real workflows.
• Develop written, visual, and video resources reflecting modern design and build processes.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the design community and nurture user-driven initiatives.
• Present practical insights from real-world design work at industry meetups and conferences.
• Advocate for community feedback and emerging design trends internally to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Figma used within real product teams and modern development environments.
• Ability to adapt to evolving workflows, including design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design.
• Active participation in the design community via events, online platforms, or advocacy work.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of confident public speaking for large audiences.
• Thorough understanding of building and managing design systems.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Hub and attend in-person onboarding.
