Location: This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be based in the New York City metro area and should expect regular in-person customer activities and travel within the assigned territory. This role is USA-based only.
Salary: $121,000–$175,000 USD annual base salary, commission-eligible.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a designated territory, focusing on acquiring new Enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing MEDDPPICC.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales quotas, navigating complex 6-12 month sales cycles.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hirify.global’s solutions within existing accounts.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and stay informed on cybersecurity trends, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to develop tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security, with a focus on Enterprise accounts and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and C-Suite presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, especially Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with accurate documentation of the sales cycle.
- Must be based in the New York City metro area and able to conduct regular in-person customer-facing activities.
