What you will do

• Maintain and update customer account information, company hierarchies, and business unit alignment within internal systems.
• Execute data quality processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of system data.
• Handle internal requests regarding system access, account visibility, and data updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system-related data issues.
• Create user-friendly process documentation and job aids for internal users.
• Support system enhancements and rollout activities using Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ.
